A privately owned home that is rented on a referral basis only. It is rented by the week, with a one week minimum, and a three week maximum. Rates are $2,100 per week from October through March and $1,800 per week from April through September.

a waterfront home with a large stretch of the beach frontage belonging to the owner. The beach is soft white sand and the water is a crystal clear Caribbean blue. Part of the uniqueness of the property is a reef that is about 100 yards out from the shore. This makes for perfect snorkeling and swimming right out the back door. The temperature is an average of 82 degrees.
Legasea is…
a two bedroom, two bathroom home that was completely rebuilt in 2007 as a result of Hurricane Ivan. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two. You will hear the ocean waves throughout the house, and you can watch the sun come up from the kitchen. There is a very large deck for sunning, reading, and enjoying doing nothing at all.

located within easy walking distance of Rum Point on Grand Cayman. This is a wonderful public beach area with food and drinks served daily, ocean toy rentals, a gift shop, and a boat service to Sting Ray City. Also nearby is Kaibo Yacht Club, with a full restaurant, yacht club and a wonderful beach for shell collecting.
